Someone saw TJ with this little box guitar and asked him to join a band. Although TJ did not know much about the guitar, he accepted it. Within a year of being in the band, they were approached by a guy with a recording studio to join him in creating a band with a vision to excel, and that was the formation of Blak Sand, in which he stayed for 10 years, touring places like St Lucia, Grenada, Barbados, Virgin Gorda, Canada, and the USA. Following that, he migrated to the USA to continue his musical journey. Once migrating to the USA, TJ backed up various artists such as Fayann Lyons, Skinny Fabulous, Black Stalin, Lyrikal and many more.
